My Gem and Me
Ages walking - 3 years old.
A fun bonding movement class for both child and parent. We travel to several different apparatus stations (together as a group with the coach, child and parent) to Artistic Gymnastics events such as beam, bars, vault, floor- obstacle course tumbling stations. Class is finished with bubble time stamps or stickers. The parent and me lessons are themed, lessons change weekly, are child directed in nature with constant movement to be fun for all.
Pre-school Age Classes
We have several classes to choose from to fit any schedule. Our classes meet morning afternoon or early evening. Lessons are taught in a Fun safe atmosphere. We Keep class moving by going to several stations. Gymnasts participate in warm up games, obstacle course skill work and so much more! Schedule a no obligation trial evaluation with the office. Parents must stay on premises for ages 5 and under.
